Recently, Ann Beal and I had the privilege of attending the Inc. 5000 Conference and Gala, a gathering that celebrates the fastest-growing private companies in America. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this wasn’t just another industry event. It was a summit of vision, risk, and sheer perseverance.
The energy was palpable. Every conversation carried the unmistakable weight of sweat equity, the late nights, the hard pivots, the calculated risks that build something meaningful from the ground up. Some companies were well-established, others in the thick of their growth spurt, and some just breaking through — all equally proud and humbled to be recognized among the best.
The lineup of speakers was nothing short of dynamic. Jay Shetty, bestselling author of Think Like a Monk, shared insights on leading with purpose and balance. Sean Evans, award-winning host of Hot Ones, brought an unexpected twist to hosting the Gala. His signature “hot seat” format blended humor with hard-earned lessons on scaling, resilience, and adaptability. The main stage held discussions with founders and CEOs from companies such as Poppi, Eventbrite, Rivian, Carvana, CoreWeave, and many more. And Daymond John reminded us that entrepreneurship isn’t about avoiding failure, it’s about learning how to rise from it.
Beyond the main stage, the atmosphere was electric. Sessions were standing-room only. Breakouts filled so quickly that if you weren’t in line early, you were likely standing at the door. The Inc. 5000 team and event sponsors created a first-class experience that reflected the caliber of the honorees — a true celebration of entrepreneurship done right.
For us at RxLogic, being part of this community that ranked No. 73 overall and No. 4 in Business Products & Services, is more than a milestone; it’s a mirror. It reflects the innovation, teamwork, and grit that fuel our own journey as a fast-growing SaaS company redefining pharmacy claims technology. Like so many others recognized, we know what it means to take bold steps, make hard choices, and build with purpose.
As Ann Beal, RxLogic’s Senior Vice President of Specialty Pharmacy Services, shared during the event, “Being surrounded by companies that are transforming their industries is both humbling and energizing. It’s a reminder that growth takes courage and collaboration.”
As we left the gala, surrounded by thousands of leaders who share that same spark, one thought stood out: growth isn’t accidental — it’s intentional. It’s what happens when belief meets action and when teams commit to doing what others say can’t be done.
Congratulations to all the 2025 Inc. 5000 honorees — a community where grit truly meets greatness.
